creativity and activate your entrepreneurial spirit.
We offer a variety of creative work environments and a community of thinkers, creatives, and doers. Our incredible community of students, mentors, investors, and business leaders come together and collaborate to solve problems, drive change, and support each other. We regularly host a variety of entrepreneurial-related events, including speaker series, panels, seminars, and educational programs and workshops to elevate the startup and entrepreneurial community.

Part of California Lutheran University’s Steven Dorfman Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Hub101 is a startup community hub for the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. Hub101 is connected to the Center’s academic and research programs, providing entrepreneurs with an affordable, safe space to launch their startups and aspiring student entrepreneurs an opportunity to interact with practicing founders. Hub101’s floor plan features an innovative hybrid layout that makes it both a coworking space for entrepreneurs and a university satellite campus.
